Therapeutic massage is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue combined to relax your whole body while working through some of the muscle issues or “tight spots” you may be experiencing. I will work with my client to apply the specific techniques and the right amount of pressure to address needs, and sometimes that’s a lighter touch with deeper strokes added where necessary.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then applied with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress, pain and headaches.

Head, Neck and Back Massage

A quick, tension-releasing massage. This massage focuses on releasing stress and tension in the head, shoulders, neck and back. Great for relieving headaches.

Craniofacial Massage For TMJ And Headache Relief

This massage targets the areas of your head, neck, face and jaw that hold tension and stress. This service helps to alleviate the discomfort and stiffness that often accompany headaches and TMJ issues. Hot or cold facial stones, gentle gua sha or cupping techniques could be incorporated.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy works that cleanses and balances the energy systems of the body. As a result, the body's natural self healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I help to remove blockages, detoxify and restore your vital energy. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
