We offer a wide range of therapeutic services designed to relax, pamper and improve your skin. Choose from our menu or we can customize a treatment to fit your needs. Spa Massage

Shannon

Skilled License Massage Therapist for over 17 years (24 Reiki). Shannon uses different modalities of bodywork that are customize to each client's needs. SShe specializes in helping people that have migraine or tension headaches due to everyday stress, TMJ pain and to help calm anxiety. Other services she specializes in are Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology.  She uses natural vegan, cruelty free Green Envee skincare products.

  • Thursday - 9am to 1:30pm

  • Friday - 3pm to 7:30pm

Cupping Massage

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress, pain and headaches.

Head, Neck and Back Massage

A quick, tension-releasing massage. This massage focuses on releasing stress and tension in the head, shoulders, neck and back. Great for relieving headaches.

Pregnancy Massage

Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mothers needs. It is also called pre-natal massage.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to specific nerve zones of the feet and or hands. Reflexology aims to harmonize the whole body through the feet.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy works that cleanses and balances the energy systems of the body. As a result, the body's natural self healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I help to remove blockages, detoxify and restore your vital energy. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue combined to relax your whole body while working through some of the muscle issues or “tight spots” you may be experiencing. I will work with my client to apply the specific techniques and the right amount of pressure to address needs, and sometimes that’s a lighter touch with deeper strokes added where necessary.
